C5’s founding purpose is to work with Charles City County citizens and the community by keeping citizens informed by providing adequate notice and opportunity to obtain information regarding issues that impact them.

Our goal is "To EMPOWER citizens to act and make decisions with as much information as possible and the opportunity to have their voices heard."
