C5 is partnering with Crater Planning District Commission, Virginia Department of Health – Chickahominy Health District, Charles City County Health Department and the Charles City County Government to survey residents of Charles City County about challenges you may be experiencing with your current wastewater systems. We are working with the EPA to demonstrate local needs for support for issues like backups, leaks and foul odors.

Mình đọc mấy bài kiểu phân tích này cũng kha khá thời gian rồi, coi như thêm góc nhìn để tham khảo chứ không bao giờ tin 100%. Hồi trước mình toàn chọn theo cảm giác, thấy con số nhìn “ưng mắt” là vào luôn, trượt thì lại tiếc rồi tự trách mình. Sau này mình thử cách soi cau mb theo hướng ghi lại tần suất ra, xem cầu lô chạy thế nào và đối chiếu vài nguồn khác nhau, thấy ít nhất đầu óc tỉnh hơn, không bị cảm xúc kéo đi quá nhiều.
