I am writing in regards to the Chickahominy Power LLC application,
13800 Coppermine Rd Ste 115, Herndon VA 20171; GW0078700. I am a resident at ____________. I am writing to express my concerns about the special exception to the Groundwater Management Act requested by Chickahominy Power. I am concerned about:

For example, you might say, “I’m worried that extending this exception to Chickahominy will put a strain on the Potomac aquifer, and it doesn’t seem fair that this plant could receive an exception when other industries and residents are being asked to cut back on water usage.”)
